Is it really a good idea to order something on Lazada?



15/12/2019 : I order an item on Lazada which, a few days later, is marked on the site as being in the process of shipment

2 days after, the item is supposed to be shipped :


26/12/2019 : I send message to the seller for knowing when I will receive my item
26/12/2019 : I received this answer from the WARMROOM the seller  :

Hi dear. Thank you for your support,but i'm sorry to inform you that we can't send out the item because the item is out of stock .we 're sorry to delay your time,and suggest you apply for a refund.

The seller is therefore a swindler who, with the complicity of Lazada, puts on sale items he doesn't have in stock and gives a false shipping number !


Since that date when I asked Lazada for refund, I still haven't received anything.
I have had several times the customer service by Chat which each time promises to do what is necessary but nothing is done. The last time I phoned them.


Each time, they lied to me. Lazada is an accomplice of crooks in China who put items on sale that they don't have in stock and actually don't care about the customers and steal their money!

Moreover, the people in charge of Lazada seemed to be completely stupid and keep answering the same thing over and over again: I'm going to talk to someone in charge.

By email, I also receive the same thing each time, only the reference of the case changes... to believe that they don't even know how to manage a refund.
